This one is kind of interesting. As you probably know Service Providers have invested and still invest massive amounts of money in:
- developing their services
- provide different degrees of security and operational levels.
- create as much reach an scale as possible
- and so on
According to Pagero: “It is important to recognize the responsibilities of all operators to ensure that interoperability is safe and works smoothly, so a compensation model is essential.”
Uniform price guarantee for e-invoicing transaction costs
That is why Pagero decided to offer its customers a clear pricing structure, and introduced a price guarantee.
The price guarantee implicates that Pagero will always charge the same transaction price for all e-invoices whether delivered directly or via roaming, using another Service Provider.
This should be a basic principle for all Service Providers.
