InvoiceSharing is announced as the latest member of the SimplerInvoicing network of 15 Dutch software companies and e-invoicing service providers. The primary aim of the collaboration is to realize a broad acceptance, standardisation and, as a result, implementation of e-invoicing. By joining forces, the use of electronic invoices becomes easier for any organisation.
InvoiceSharing believes in the end of paper invoices and combines unique technology with a disruptive business model. InvoiceSharing is developing a platform where anybody can send and receive free electronic invoices.
CoolBlue needed one uniform system that would replace manual data entry, matching, routing and other routine tasks with an automated process. CoolBlue also needed a system that would work both with their customized logistic system as well as with the two different financial systems they employ – a finance system in which they process their supply chain and an accounting system where they manage invoices without POs.

Esa Tihilä, CEO of Basware, and Charles Bryant, European Affairs Advisor at OB10, have been named as co-chairs of the European E-Invoicing Service Providers Association (EESPA).
This is the first time that the EESPA has appointed co-chairs. The EESPA believes that the shared approach and co-operation model, including the close support of the Executive Committee, will continue to provide sound governance and leadership of the association.
Within a short timeframe, Barry Callebaut will serve 100% of its customers online, with over 150K e-invoices per annum. To ensure a smooth transition, paper and electronic invoicing are combined in one solution. Initially, the e-Invoicing portal will be available in eight languages, with more languages and orderto-cash functionalities planned for phase two.

Up until now, this government office had manually processed individual folders which required vast amounts of space and time for the paperwork and filing. The office chose Top Image Systems eFLOW because of its high-performance, multiple-OCR/ICR-engine recognition platform and will now start to process a WHOPPING 100,000 documents PER DAY, eventually reaching 150,000 documents per day thanks to eFLOW’s open architecture and scalability. The project enables automatic classification and processing of document files for specific demographic groups.
