When?: Friday 14 December 2012. Registration will start at 8.00. The seminar programme will run from 9.00 to 17.00.

Where?: Albert Borschette Conference Centre, Room AB-OD, rue Froissart 36, Brussels.

The objectives of the seminar are:

  • Present the non-legislative work carried out by DG MARKT in the area of e-procurement.
  • Discuss the results of this work with participants and receive their feedback.

During the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback and influence the results of 3 initiatives: study on e-procurement measurement, Golden Book and Expert Group on e-tendering (e-TEG).

The seminar is aimed at:

  • suppliers using e-procurement;
  • contracting authorities or central purchasing bodies using e-procurement;
  • e-procurement system/software developers;
  • service providers in the area of e-business.

The meeting will address business, technical, operational issues and is not targeted to policy representatives.

Participation in the seminar is free of charge. However, the organisers will NOT be able to reimburse participants for their travel, lunch/dinner and accommodation expenses.

Czech electronic archiving and invoicing after law amendment [webinar]

Czech Law No. 167/2012 Coll. on archiving, document management and electronic signature was amended as of July 1, 2012. The webinar will provide information regarding the new requirements dealing with electronic originals in order to avoid lack of evidence in disputes or in cases of a tax office audit.
