New! The Iron Mountain Electric Invoice Solution

Iron Mountain Incorporated, the information management company, today announced a new service for streamlining the way organizations receive, process and manage their accounts payable invoices. The Iron Mountain Electronic Invoice solution digitizes paper invoices and allows customers to manage these bills via an online tool that automates basic AP tasks like matching invoices to purchase orders and routing them for approval.

Orange and Polish businesses spread the e-invoicing word

Orange Poland has teamed up with the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan to create an electronic payments coalition called “I choose e-invoice” (Wybieram e-fakture). Besides persuading companies to adopt the electronic solution, the e-fakture alliance wants to promote changes in Polish laws to promote e-invoice take-up in the country. The savings from moving to electronic invoicing could reach at least $51 billion per year in Europe.

Celtrino kicks off Celtrino Express e-Billing

Ken Halpin, Managing Director of Celtrino announced the release of its paperless billing service called Celtrino Express e-Billing: “This is the service for companies wishing to quickly reduce operational costs whilst improving customer service. We are delighted that the Celtrino Express e-Billing service was chosen by The Barry Group to replace an estimated 500,000 paper invoices to hundreds of customers.”
