OB10 appoints Paul Frederick as President and General Manager for the Americas. Frederick has 30 years experience. He is expected to build upon the company’s success in the US to accelerate the growth of OB10 in 2012 and beyond.

About Paul Frederick

  • Paul Frederick is a 30-year technology industry veteran,
  • He spent the first half of his career with what is now Accenture LLP, specializing in large-scale project and program management in the financial, and health and human welfare application areas.
  • He has in-depth experience in customer relationship management and customer interaction optimization.
  • He helped companies like Portrait Software and Pitney Bowes Business Insight to meet their goals by focusing on quality customer service and distribution relationships.
