Video: How Alliance Data Systems has adopted an all-in approach to e-Invoicing

Having decided to introduce e-Invoicing as a way of gaining additional control over both its supplier relationships and its internal buying community, Alliance Data Systems managed to convert more than 76% of its target invoice volume to e-Invoicing in the first year of implementation.

Talking at the OB10 2012 Buyer User Group in London, Todd Holcomb at Director Corporate Supplier Services, Alliance Data Systems, explains how this success is down to a blend of executive buy in, an aggressive onboarding program, and ensuring all are suppliers in scope for e-Invoicing.
