In a matter of weeks Top Images Systems, announced several developments; showing its increasing footprint in AP automation, scanning and mobility. The first example is that Top Image Systems and OPEN SCAN Announce a mobile image processing partnership. Next Top Image Systems and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Spain announces that they were going to deploy their eighth joint project.
Finally Top Image Systems announced to have won a $342,000 Multi-ERP AP Automation deal at a leading European dairy producer.
Canadian North wanted to ensure that the 40,000 supplier invoices received annually are processed, approved and scheduled for payment quickly and efficiently.
The decision to deploy Palette was made to reduce the amount of time spent by personnel on administrative tasks involved with manual invoice processing, and minimise paper handling across the company. Canadian North also wanted greater control over its accounts payable operations, and improved visibility of the progress of invoices through the organisation.
The integration of COR360 into Moran’s Accounts Payable processes will help the company bridge the last automation gap related to their invoice workflow. As part of the solution, Moran will be using the COR360 platform to streamline the invoice approval workflow for faster processing and to reduce costs associated with manual processing.

In this instance a female AP employee has pleaded guilty to a wire fraud scheme that cost her employer $1.3 million, officials announced.
