Xerox implements Anachron’s Invoiceportal for a more efficient Order-To-Cash process

November 26, 2014  |  Electronic Invoicing

Xerox Nederland, member organisation of the document management and business process outsourcing multinational, will soon be using InvoicePortal, Anachron’s renowned e-invoicing solution, for invoicing clients.

This arrangement will enable Xerox to streamline and accelerate their order-to-cash process, making it easy to deliver electronic invoices direct to clients in their preferred format. This environmentally friendly solution provides substantial cost-savings and offers a user friendly and intuitive interface for both Xerox clients and their existing workforce.

The flexibility and scalability of InvoicePortal were key factors in Xerox’s decision as the platform makes the sending of large volumes of invoices to clients with differing requirements an effortless process. InvoicePortal offers a host of standard options for delivery to the client, both in invoice format and delivery mode including PDF by email, via Digipoort or direct to an ERP system.

Frank Hoekstra, CEO of Anachron:
”InvoicePortal will provide Xerox Nederland with the kind of extensive, flexible, all-round invoicing solution they require. Our links with Digipoort (the Dutch government’s electronic invoice counter) and Peppol (the electronic invoice counter for the European Union) will enable Xerox to deliver electronic invoices to public service clients, as well as their other contacts. InvoicePortal is also compatible with other order-to-cash services, such as credit management and all invoices can be tracked through to payment within the platform itself.”
