Basware processed over 80 million e-invoices and PO’s last year

Shortly after EESPA unveiled that their participants processed some 840 million electronic invoicesBasware processed 80 million e-invoices and purchase orders last year, Basware came up with an estimate of their yearly volume of e-invoices and purchase orders. The past 12 months Basware processed over 80 milli0n e-invoices and PO’s. That means that Basware, on its own, accounts for almost 10% of the total EESPA volume.

For Basware this number is a definitive milestone and for them it highlights the success of Basware’s commitment to helping businesses unlock the value in their financial operations. Basware, by word of Esa Tihilä (CEO of Basware) mentions some of drivers behind the recent growth:
