The Founding Partners of the European Electronic Invoicing Platform play a fundamental role in the realisation of a healthy an growing amount of participants. The experiences obtained by a part of the current Founding Partners in Dutch Platform ELFA, were reason to join the European version.

Platform ELFA has become an important and influencial party in the Dutch implementation process concerning e-Invoicing. Regarding the fact that the subject is strongly applicable in a European sense (SEPA), the Founding Partners are convinced of the importance of co-operation and a communicative structure in  Europe. The EEI Platform focuses on information, knowledge, interests en co-operation within all e-invoicing target groups.
