Coca-Cola expands partnership with Invoiceware for E-invoicing in Ecuador

The Coca-Cola Company decided to expand the current partnership with Invoiceware International, to include compliant e-invoicing in Ecuador. Invoiceware’s unified hybrid cloud platform now supports Coca-Cola’s e-invoicing processes in Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Argentina.

Ecuador is the latest country in Latin America to introduce mandatory electronic invoicing. Joining Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico, many companies operating in Ecuador must have compliance systems and procedures in place effective January 1, 2015.

Scott Lewin, President & CEO, Invoiceware International:

  • “Often, our clients’ biggest challenge in the compliance landscape is understanding the constant changes to differentiated regulations within each country in Latin America – and then making the necessary solution updates.”
  • “Rather than maintain multiple solutions in each country and make the necessary updates to issue electronic invoices internally, our clients are able to lower ongoing maintenance costs and focus their internal resources on global innovation instead of constant regional changes to the SAP ERP system.”

About Invoiceware’s unified hybrid platform

Combining the benefits of on-premise integration with the power of the cloud, Invoiceware International’s Latin American Business Network eliminates the burden of managing SAP modifications and maintenance internally. Assuming all compliance concerns – from the unique integration requirements in each country to the complex SAP configurations – Invoiceware International helps clients avoid risks and effectively manage changing regulations throughout Latin America. Further, despite the fluctuating regulatory updates, Invoiceware International provides daily support of processes and solution updates to its customers at a single fixed cost.
