The new VeR board of directors

“Since the adjustment through the “Steuervereinfachungsgesetz 2011” (tax simplification law), there are no more barriers in fiscal law interfering with the electronic invoice exchange. With all its effort, the VeR will engage in establishing and promoting this subject in the economy during the next years.”

Marcus Laube is founder and CEO of crossinx GmbH. Julia Sonnhalter, Marketing Manager at Basware GmbH, is also in charge of the VeR study group marketing. Reinhard Wild is CEO at XimantiX Software GmbH.

(TeleTrusT). Furthermore, the already existing cooperation in the Forum Electronic Invoicing Germany (FeRD) shall be extended, and the exchange with the appropriate ministries continued.
