The e-Invoicing service provided by the Royal Bank of Scotland has won the highly coveted Banking Technology Award for Best Use of IT in Wholesale/Transaction Banking. Awarded in December 2012 at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, the Banking Technology Awards have become established as the premier event recognising excellence in the use of IT in financial services.

In addition to reducing AP processing costs, the solution can rapidly decrease invoice cycle times, opening up timely invoice-based finance, such as Supply Chain Finance and early payment discounts.
