Trust. It’s a difficult thing. A lack of trust can ruin any relationship, whether personal or business. EDICOM, specialist in EDI software development and data integration, is all too aware of this. So, for a greater peace of mind for their customers and users, they annually submit themselves to several external audits. And after a recent audit sponsored and supervised by AENOR (Spanish Standardisation and Certification Association) EDICOM has obtained the ISO/IEC 20000:2011 standard certificate. Good going, EDICOM.

Seal of quality

The ISO/IEC 20000:2011 standard certificate accredits the excellent quality of the information management processes in the solutions and services that EDICOM provides for its clients and users in ASP (Application Service Provider) mode. The ISO/IEC 20000:2011 standard assesses the procedures that a given organization applies in its IT services management system. Taking EDICOM’s business activities into account, the certificate’s scope covers management of the ASP-EDI rollout and service provision that EDICOM offers to clients.
