Itella’s NetPosti is doing fine

What do you do when the market you operate in goes global and becomes more competitive? Panic? Quit? Not Itella, because the traditional postal mail company in Finland decided to redefine their business. NetPosti was born, a platform to receive and archive bills, pay slips, laboratory results and other important official documents. NetPosti’s user volume was 300,000 last year and this has increased to 400,000 this year. You could say that’s a rapid increase!

User volume follows sender expansion

One of the reasons for the increase is the fact that NetPosti’s network of senders has quickly expanded. In the past year, more than one thousand new senders, also including major employers, have joined NetPosti. The service, with the largest number of senders in Finland, currently includes more than 5,000 companies, including over 600 public administration senders.

Users are satisfied

Keep in mind that Itella has a natural base in the relationship with more or less everybody living in Finland, as they operate the traditional postal mail in the country. Hence they stand in a good leverage position to take relationships further to the next generation. And a customer satisfaction survey shows that the relationship is solid; most (80%) of the respondents said that NetPosti meets their needs well or in an excellent way.
