eFinans has recently acquired its license to become one of the few Turkish e-Archive solution providers. The e-Archive system facilitates the forming, safekeeping, legal presentation and reporting of all B2C and B2B invoices in electronic format.

Firm’s copy of the invoice shall be definetely kept electronically while client copy may be sent electronically if agreed by receiver. The e-Archive System is regarded as the first step towards full B2C invoicing which will also have to be supported by mobile applications. That said, eFinans’s mobile applications will be covering e-archive as well as e-invoice and e-bookkeeping along with other upcoming government projects.

The system is mandatory as of 1 January 2016 for firms making online sales in Turkey which have a gross sales of-over- 5 million Turkish Lire (1,745 million Euro / 2,234 million US Dollar) in 2014. However many firms outside this scope for mandatory e-invoicing are also focusing on the sytem for its obvious cost reduction.
