AMEXIPAC is a non-profit organization that represents the leading e-Invoicing companies in Mexico. Our members are certified by Mexican Tax Authorities, (SAT) and as a group represent the majority of e-invoicing transactions issued in the country.
All AMEXIPAC members offer tax compliant e-Invoicing as well as value added services, such as sending and receiving solutions for different market verticals and segments, oriented towards improving customers´ business efficiency. AMEXIPAC brings together highly qualified legal and technical experts in order to meet the stringent requirements for e-invoicing in Mexico.
The implementation of these requirements by all members of AMEXIPAC have been set as a benchmark for e-Invoicing best practices in Mexico and Latin America.
Mission of AMEXIPAC
The mission of Amexipac is:
- To represent and act as contact of the PACs before the Public and Private sectors.
- To achieve cooperation amongst PACs in order to achieve the best practices and quality standards while providing their services.
- To thrust and promote the use of electronic/digital means in the alliance between companies and people and thus between the latter and the government entities, regarding the use of the digital signature and e-Invoices.
Committed to lead the industry
Amexipac promotes the adoption of international quality and compliance standards above the minimum legal requirements. Also, AMEXIPAC recommends compliance of the data and infrastructure security measures. Finally, AMEXIPAC sets out criteria which results in the addition of value for the clients services and products by electronic means.
