Vaisala, a global leader in environmental and industrial measurement, and OpusCapita, a specialist in financial management processes and automation, signed an agreement on September 4, 2014 concerning a purchase-to-pay processes automation solution.
Vaisala is already using a payment transaction solution delivered by OpusCapita. The purchase-to-pay concept that is now being delivered will complement this purchase-to-pay process.
Under the new agreement, OpusCapita will provide Vaisala with a highly-automated global service concept that includes, among other things, multichannel receipt of purchase invoices and a digital automation system for purchase invoices as a cloud service.
Director Ilkka Rämänen from Vaisala:
“With the cooperation, Vaisala wants to achieve an efficient way of processing purchase invoices, as well as improving quality and increasing transparency of the process on a global scale.”
Seppo Korhonen, Sales Director at OpusCapita:
“We are very happy that Vaisala selected us as a partner as we can now help them to develop their invoicing automation to meet the changing needs of a global company. As digital business becomes more important, we are committed to increasing the degree of electronic processing in the company’s invoicing, and standardizing and further automating the processing of these invoices.”
