US Farathane (USF) supplies highly engineered plastic fabricated components to the automotive industry. USF has extended its deployment of the PaletteArena product suite with the purchase of two additional modules.
USF is now using PaletteBuyer, which provides greater control over purchases and matches orders to invoices, and PaletteContract, which manages permissions on contracts, matches them to invoices and reminds finance departments about contract’s expiration dates.
USF started working with Palette in 2012, deploying the PaletteInvoice module to ensure that the 64,000 invoices it receives annually are processed, approved and scheduled for payment quickly and efficiently. The company also uses PaletteExpense to give its finance department a better overview of employees’ expenses and streamline the processing of expenses, ensuring that payments are made in an accurate and timely fashion.
Roxanne Imrick, Accounting Manager for US Farathane:
“Following our success with PaletteInvoice and PaletteExpense, these additional modules have helped to further streamline, simplify and integrate our financial processes. We now have complete visibility of our financial liabilities, and our corporate finance department is as state-of-the-art as the products that we manufacture.”
