Three recent developments in AP Automation from Top Image Systems
In a matter of weeks Top Images Systems, announced several developments; showing its increasing footprint in AP automation, scanning and mobility. The first example is that Top Image Systems and OPEN SCAN Announce a mobile image processing partnership. Next Top Image Systems and Konica Minolta Business Solutions Spain announces that they were going to deploy their eighth joint project.
Finally Top Image Systems announced to have won a $342,000 Multi-ERP AP Automation deal at a leading European dairy producer.

European Pharmaceutical Selects Top Image Systems for Purchase to Pay processing
The company selected Top Image Systems largely because of the flexibility of the eFLOW platform to process various kinds of semi and unstructured documents and for its integration to multiple business systems. Previously, any invoice that was received by the company via email had to be printed out before processing.
If an invoice document referred to more than one purchase order, it would have to be run through the system multiple times. With eFLOW, invoice processing is streamlined with immediate data recognition and validation; the company’s P2P processes are optimized, enabling a quick, safe and cost-effective document flow to and from their customers. -

Top Images System and Proge selected for an Italian banking process automation project
Top Image Systems has partnered with the Italian system integrator Proge-Software S.r.l. to market a joint TIS eFLOW® capture & workflow and Proge-Software document processing solution. The joint solution was selected for a banking process automation project at an important Italian bank that manually processed receipt of many multiple-page documents, each containing several orders, either at a central shared service center or via outside agencies.

Top Image Systems wins 6 figure deal; integrates with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Top Image Systems has won a six-figure deal to deploy eFLOW® INVOICE at the largest private oil and gas station operator in Austria. The sale is notable as a proof of the increased demand for deployment of eFLOWsolutions with integration to small and midsize business ERP systems, in this case to Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
The user seeks to optimize the processing of the 75,000 invoices collected each year by the company and its various subsidiaries from many distributed points of capture throughout Austria. -
Major European Energy Supplier selects eFLOW
The energy supplier selected Top Image Systems’ eFLOW invoice processing solution to meet their broader accounts payable processing needs, automate the handling of 300,000 invoices per year and provide comprehensive integration with SAP to enable a full end-to-end Accounts Payable workflow.

TIS eFLOW5 INVOICE selected by APAC Textile manufacturer for AP streamline and automation
The textiles manufacturer decided to deploy eFLOW INVOICE on eFLOW5, the latest version of TIS’ flagship platform, in order to leverage its sophisticated eFLOW Accounts Payable Workflow on top of eFLOW INVOICE. Together the two modules comprise the best end-to-end solution with industry-leading recognition and approval workflows, as well as eFLOW5′s improved GUI and other enhanced functionalities.

Coolblue Selects Top Image Systems for AP Automation of 80.000 invoices
CoolBlue needed one uniform system that would replace manual data entry, matching, routing and other routine tasks with an automated process. CoolBlue also needed a system that would work both with their customized logistic system as well as with the two different financial systems they employ – a finance system in which they process their supply chain and an accounting system where they manage invoices without POs.

Top Image Systems Wins Contract Worth $345,000 with Major European Government Office
The deal was won based on a successful previous installation in another region of the group’s offices earlier this year. Top Image Systems now manages documents for two states and will expand to manage the document processing operations for five states by the end of 2014.
Up until now, this government office had manually processed individual folders which required vast amounts of space and time for the paperwork and filing. The office chose Top Image Systems eFLOW because of its high-performance, multiple-OCR/ICR-engine recognition platform and will now start to process a WHOPPING 100,000 documents PER DAY, eventually reaching 150,000 documents per day thanks to eFLOW’s open architecture and scalability. The project enables automatic classification and processing of document files for specific demographic groups. -
Top Image Systems to process 95000 invoices for Automotive Firm
Top Image Systems’ eFLOW INVOICE was chosen after the automotive company visited installations in Europe where they saw how eFLOW was completely integrated into the SAP infrastructure. They wanted their invoice processing system to be able to look up supplier ratings and to offer the possibility of data mining.
The company appreciated that Top Image Systems would customize its prepackaged invoice solution to meet their specific requirements. Nevertheless, the implementation of eFLOW Invoice for SAP to control the extended invoice processing workflow, matching the data in the invoices to supplier information stored in the ERP database, was offered as a standard feature.
