Basware signs significant accounts payable automation and e-invoicing agreement with a major North American manufacturing company
Basware has signed an agreement for the delivery of comprehensive accounts payable and e-invoicing services with a major North American manufacturing company. The solutions are powered by Alusta, Basware’s unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay. The agreement includes accounts payable automation and 100% inbound e-invoicing. Basware is also providing Basware Analytics for gaining immediate insight into their financial performance and Basware Discount to enable buyer-funded supplier financing. The value of the agreement exceeds EUR 3.3 million over four years. The services will be implemented in six countries globally.

Basware expands cooperation with major Finnish corporation in the energy and ICT industry by delivering source-to-pay and e-invoicing services
Basware has signed an agreement on the delivery of source-to-pay and e-invoicing services to a Finnish multinational corporation in the energy and ICT industry. The customer is currently using license-based invoice automation solutions. The new agreement includes a comprehensive source-to-pay solution and inbound e-invoicing. In addition, Basware will deliver a contract management solution, supplier services and the Basware Analytics reporting solution. The new services will be deployed in five countries. The value of the three-year agreement is approximately EUR 450,000.

Basware signs a significant purchase-to-pay and e-invoicing agreement with a major North American health care corporation
Basware has expanded its cooperation and signed a significant agreement with a major corporation in the health care industry in the US for the delivery of purchase-to-pay (P2P) and e-invoicing solutions. The customer will transition from its current Basware solutions to Alusta, Basware’s unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay. With the agreement, the customer will have the full P2P support provided by Alusta, including 100% inbound e-invoicing and scanning services, as well as supplier portal and supplier activation services, providing easy options for suppliers to start sending e-invoices. Also included in the agreement are Basware Analytics, which will provide immediate insight into their financial performance and a mobile solution, which enables reviewing and approving of P2P invoices easily, regardless of time and place. The value of the 5-year services agreement is approximately EUR 2.9 million.
