OneTrail and Esker have both provided their UBL demon files and have been confirmed to be UBL Ready. With OneTrail and Esker, the number of UBL Ready has grown to 96 participants in under 6 months.
Whereas the OneTrail UBL test file contained only two slight warnings, the UBL file provided by Esker was flawless, as is shown in the validation report underneath:
Request your UBL Ready label
Is your service or solution UBL ReadY? UBL Ready implies: providing a solution or service in ‘receiving and processing UBL e-invoices‘ and/or ‘generating and sending UBL e-invoices’. Obtaining the ‘UBL Ready’ label is free and as simple by filling out the application form.
A. Receiving and processing UBL e-invoices
Perform the following steps:
- Download the example files from current UBL Ready participants (each set consists of a UBL+PDF file).
- Process the UBL e-invoices in your application.
- Make screenshots/screencasts of the process on how your application the UBL e-invoices.
- Fill out the form and attach your screenshots/screencasts. Or send an e-mail with attachments to [email protected].
- When your files are approved, you will receive the UBL Ready label
- Put the UBL Ready label on your website, with a referral to this website and notify us by e-mail.
B. Generating and sending UBL e-invoices
Perform the following steps:
- Generate UBL e-invoices andhave them checked by one of the validation tools
- If everything is ok, fill out the form and attach your UBL+PDF e-invoice as well asyour validation report. Or send an e-mail with your contact information, the UBL+PDF e-invoice and the validation report to [email protected]
- After receiving your information, your UBL invoices will be re-validated by UBL Ready.
- If your invoice re-validation is successful, your UBL+PDF invoice will be made available to the UBL Ready community for testing purposes, and you will receive the UBL Ready label
- Put the UBL Ready label on your website, with a referral to this website and notify us by e-mail.
