Jablite moves forward with TrueCommerce’s fully managed service

Jablite, a major UK supplier of insulation products, has moved to OneTime, TrueCommerce’s fully managed EDI service, for a truly outsourced solution that removes the need for day-to-day involvement with EDI.

With over 15 years’ experience of trading electronically with its large B2B customers, Jablite was already aware of the benefits of EDI. However, after a management buyout, the decision was made to replace its existing solution to make EDI easier to manage and bring the companies trading processes into the 21st century.

TrueCommerce’s managed service team will proactively monitor Jablite’s solution and resolve any issues that may occur, removing the burden of maintaining EDI and freeing up crucial internal resources at the same time. As Onetime is a fully managed service, Jablite will be able to handle any change in requirements easily and set up new connections to customers quickly.

Tony Coleman, ICT Manager at Jablite:
“One of our key objectives is to improve the level of service we deliver to customers and our current EDI set-up, which consists of multiple solutions, falls short of achieving this. Having heard good things from our customers, we felt TrueCommerce could handle our requirements and give us, as well as our customers, the level of service we strive for.”

Jonathan Hill, Sales Executive at TrueCommerce UK:
“With EDI requirements changing almost on a regular basis, companies are starting to look for a more flexible solution in order to deal with new requests as quickly as possible.” said “Jablite will benefit from the consolidation of its EDI operations on to one single platform and as OneTime is a fully managed service the company will be free from complex and costly software and hardware investments.”
