   Formpipe inks deal to deliver Digital Post to Danish Health and Medicines Authority

   Formpipe has signed an agreement with the Danish Health and Medicines Authority regarding the new product, Digital Post by Formpipe. The contract regards the delivery of a solution for distribution of digital post, a solution that will cover the need from all the systems in the authority.

   Formpipe intensifies presence on Benelux output management market

   Over the last couple of years, Formpipe has built a solid base of Lasernet partners and customers in the Benelux area. Building on this success, and to support continued market development, Formpipe have now decided to establish a local office in Benelux, supporting the Benelux Lasernet partners and customers.
   
   Lasernet allows companies to save time and resources on converting and communicating business documents with their customers and vendors to and from a long range of ERP systems and platforms (Microsoft Dynamics AX and NAV, SAP, BAAN, JD Edwards, Jeeves etc.).

   Formpipe builds payment module for the Danish Business Authority

   Formpipe has received an order from the Danish Business Authority for the development and maintenance of a payment module. The order is valued at approximately € 600.000 and it will ensure the Danish Business Authority’s customers a fast and cost efficient access to company data through credit card payments. The payment module supports the authority’s ambitions towards increased digitization and self-service.

   Formpipe chosen as vendor for 160mln Euro Danish public sector frame agreement

   Formpipe has been chosen as vendor for the Danish SKI frame agreement regarding IT Solutions and Maintenance. SKI expects the agreement to be worth 1,2 billion Danish Krones, 160 million Euro. The entire SKI frame agreement consists of 18 sub-agreements. Formpipe decided to bid for three; Case and Document Management, Collaboration and Digital Self Service, and was top rated in all three of them.
   
   SKI frame agreement is a central agreement, available for all public agencies, ministries, regions and municipalities enabling clients easier access to vendors and offerings. This agreement replaces the previous agreement that expired February 2012.

   This time it is FormPipe Software that hit the jackpot. It acquired all shares in the Danish software and service company Traen for approximately EUR 1 million. With the acquisition of Traen, FormPipe is taking a great stride forward to become the Nordic countries’ leading software company within Enterprise Content Management in the public sector
