Estonian Post subsidiary eArvekeskus shows eightfold grow in one year

The Estonian Post daughter eArvekeskus (eInvoicing Centre) has shown an eightfold growth in volume over the past year. And it has been operating for just three years now. Currently more than 1.200 corporate customers and local governments signed up with the eArvekeskus (eInvoicing Centre) . As far as they are concerned it puts them at the forefront of e-invoicing in Europe.

  • eArvekeskus (eInvoicing Centre) enables the sending of invoices according to the standards of the Estonian Banking Association to nearly 1,000 private sector and over 500 public sector companies.
  • It is used by more than 80 public service agencies and a number of local authorities. This means that the e-billing solution for receiving and digitising of invoices is now used in a third of all Estonian government agencies.
  • The compatibility of the e-invoicing solution with commonly used internet-based business software programs makes the changeover quick and convenient.
  • The introduction of e-billing takes a few changes in the work processes, but will give time and cost savings in routine data entry proceedings and those connected to paper invoices.

Based on their research details Estonia shares the market-leading position with Denmark in the B2B and B2C sectors. There mission is to multiply the number of e-billing customers and to take Estonia to the leading position.
