Corcentric has signed an agreement for the delivery of accounts payable automation and e-invoicing services with University Physicians, Inc., which provides business operations and administrative support to the University of Colorado School of Medicine’s 2,200 providers.

The company selected Corcentric to process the more than 18,000 invoices it receives monthly, for both PO and non-PO based transactions. The company will utilize Corcentric’s Invoice Virtualization Center to convert supplier invoices to e-invoices so all invoices can be processed electronically, regardless of format. They will also utilize COR360’s leading-edge workflow solution to streamline invoice processing, reduce costs, and provide full visibility into their AP processes.

Rick Schwartz, Senior Project Manager or Information Services at University Physician:
“We knew we wanted to automate our invoice approval process and were looking for a solution that was simple to learn, easy to use, and would allow us to grow without adding additional staff. It was clear, once we looked at all of the options, that COR360 was the complete solution we were looking for; they always offered quick responses to all of our questions and needs. It was clear from the beginning that this solution was built by AP for AP.”

James Wright, Vice President of Sales at Corcentric:
“One of the major concerns companies express when looking to implement an accounts payable automation solution is scalability. As their business grows, AP departments want to be able to respond to that growth without adding people. By eliminating paper and manual invoice processing and adopting SaaS-hosted AP automation tools, companies can not only control headcount’ they can also leverage their AP teams to focus on more strategic projects. And implementing ZeroTouch, paper-free operations enables companies to accelerate payment cycles, leverage discount opportunities, and save significant amounts of money.”
