Basware is a leader in providing purchase-to-pay and e-invoicing solutions. Basware has signed an agreement with GKN Driveline for the delivery of accounts payable and e-invoicing services. The solutions are powered by Alusta. Alusta is Basware’s unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay.
The partnership includes accounts payable automation, with 100% inbound e-invoicing and supplier activation services. Also, Basware analytics for gaining immediate insight into financial performance is part of the deal. As well as a mobile solution which gives access to financial processes regardless of time and space. The value of the agreement is estimated to be in excess of EURO 1.1 million over a span 5 years.
