Under the impetus of its customer ALTEN, HCorpo (the corporate travel and hotel booking portal) has, together with Accelya, introduced electronic invoicing under EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) flow: a global project offering benefits at all levels!
The project was born from a solid partnership between HCorpo and its customer ALTEN. With ALTEN having already worked with Accelya to digitise the invoices of its biggest suppliers, it was only natural that HCorpo should turn to Accelya to implement this solution in accordance with the regulations.
Through tax-compliant customer electronic invoicing, HCorpo continues its dynamic to optimise invoicing and payment to help customers optimise their hotel costs. Tax-compliant electronic invoicing aims to avoid the risk of errors associated with manual entry of invoices in the ALTEN ERP, and automate the entire invoicing process to reduce invoice processing costs.
Stéphane Laforcade, President of HCorpo:
“The introduction of tax-compliant electronic invoicing generates significant savings for our customers. This project has succeeded in integrating the strict control of ALTEN customised statistical fields, at each stage of the e-invoicing process. This is an additional bonus that provides measurable information security and time saving. Digitisation forms part of a veritable sustainable-development approach including, in particular, zero-paper invoicing.”
Franck Labourdette, Head of Accounting at ALTEN:
“The introduction of a tax-compliant digitisation EDI flow between the ALTEN Group and HCorpo proceeded in a very satisfactory manner, causing no major impact. This project was quick to implement, and above all has enabled the ALTEN Group’s subledger accounting to increase productivity, reliability and the transparency of its account.”
Mr. David Brillet, Sales Manager for Clear’ Invoice at Accelya:
“We are very pleased to be a part of the deployment of HCorpo which, thanks to the Accelya platform, is able to issue its customers with invoices directly in electronic format, with no need to print them and send them by post. Our partner HCorpo will thus be able to streamline and simplify its invoicing flows, while providing additional services related to the integration of invoicing data.”
