    We are happy to announce that an Itella Information survey shows that automated and electronic processes seem to be preferred by companies in Finland, Norway, Poland and Sweden on a wide scale, while processes involving a certain degree of manual labour now count for less than 30% of all finance and accounting processes.

    NetPosti, a platform to receive and archive bills, pay slips, laboratory results and other important official documents, was born when Itella decided to redefine its business. NetPosti’s user volume was 300,000 last year and this has increased to 400,000 this year. You could say that’s a rapid increase!

  1. Itella implements compliant PEPPOL E-procurement infrastructure

    PEPPOL plans to have a fully functional eProcurement community by 2015. That’s only three years from now. Itella must have thought that they needed to get things going, because the company has announced several customer implementations that have already been taken into production in Scandinavia

  2. Itella and Finland State Treasury sign EUR 8 million deal

    Itella Information and the State Treasury signed a contract worth over EUR 8 million. The new contract will allow the State Treasury to seamlessly continue its transition to electronic invoice forwarding and thus make operational and financial savings. It is believed that Finnish taxpayers will ultimately benefit from this.
