Billtrust launches cloud-based business invoice network Invoice Central
Billtrust has released the launch of Invoice Central, a cloud-based business invoice network aiming to streamline invoice delivery and payment for vendors and small businesses in the electrical industry. Invoice Central offers a hub-based approach for invoice management, helping small business owners avoid late fees, maximize early-pay discounts and save time by scheduling reminders and future payments, says Billtrust. Businesses are able to access invoices from multiple vendors with a single login to a central site.
Maersk develops functionality with own MyFinance
Danish container giant Maersk is to launch its electronic platform for submission of invoices, statements, payments and disputes on its platform named MyFinance. To access it, view and download invoices, in PDF, XML or CSV format, customers need to register to be certified at Maerskline.com, which takes an hour to process. This follows its earlier announcement of credit card payment for demurrage fees.
Ascend Software’s SmartTouch will streamline Good Samaritan Hospital’s AP processing
