In November this year, we already the MA&I’s of b-process, Tradeshift, Fundtech, Crossgate and InterCommIT. We can now add to that list:
- SAP that buys Crossgate, adding 40.000 e-connections to the list
- Bottomline that buys Allegient Systems
- Liaison Technologies acquires nuBridges
- Ogone Payment Services buys Mumbai-based E-Billing Solutions
- Zuora received $36 million in a Series D round of funding
- Iceland Post takes over Unimaze Software
The year 2010
And in 2010 we learned about:
- IBM’s acquisition of Sterling Commerce
- Accenture aquires Ariba’s Sourcing and BPO Services
- Basware acquires TNT Post’s Connectivity operations
- Bottomline buying Bank of America’s PayMode
So, from looking at the MA&I growth rate, this might be a good time to start up your own e-invoicing service.
